ABOUT NEXT LEVEL
Next Level's comprehensive treatment approach is very straightforward. By removing soft tissue adhesions, stretching tight or shortened muscles, strengthening weak muscles, and adjusting fixated/immobile joints, we can effectively identify and treat the underlying cause of your symptom(s). In doing this, we are able to both resolve painful conditions and keep them from recurring. We are passionate about educating patients on specific, rehabilitative exercises that can be done on your own to keep pain away and keep your issues resolved long-term.
After checking in at reception and filling out your New Patient Paperwork, you will be taken to a private treatment room. You will discuss your medical history with the Doctor and then go through an evaluation to determine whether you are a candidate for care. Your initial visit will include an evaluation of your soft tissue (muscles, tendons, fascia, ligaments, etc.), your strength and stability, and your joint mobility. The vast majority of patients will be able to begin treatment on your first visit. However, occasionally we will need to order imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT, etc.) to aid in the diagnosis of your condition before starting treatment.
After the evaluation, most patients will undergo soft tissue therapy (ART and/or IASTM) administered by the doctor. Most patients will then receive a treatment plan that includes a combination of ART, IASTM, rehabilitative exercises, and chiropractic adjustments. If necessary, physiotherapy modalities such as muscle stimulation, ultrasound, and/or kinesiotaping will be undergone to minimize pain and aid in recovery.
